If the Wi-Fi drops in the back conference room, work stops. We design networks that reach every corner of your office, with proper segmentation between staff, guests and point-of-sale devices. We use commercial-grade equipment from Ubiquiti, Meraki and Sophos β not consumer routers.
We move email, files, contacts and calendars from old servers (or other providers) to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Done over a weekend, with a quiet rollback plan, so Monday morning is uneventful.
The basics done well stop most incidents. We deploy endpoint protection, enforce multi-factor authentication, run quarterly phishing simulations, and write the short policies your insurance carrier will ask for.
Backups that nobody ever tests are not backups. We run encrypted, off-site backups of your servers, workstations and Microsoft 365 mailboxes β and we restore a random sample every month to prove they work.
A friendly human picks up the phone or replies to your email. Most tickets are solved on the first call. Each client is assigned a primary technician so you talk to someone who already knows your setup.
