These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Decent IT Service website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Decent IT Service provides managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, network design, disaster recovery, and IT consulting services as described on our website and in individual service agreements.
Specific services are governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific agreement, the specific agreement will prevail.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Decent IT Service or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in your agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decent IT Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decent IT Service, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of services.
Either party may terminate services as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, we will assist with the orderly transition of services and return of your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
